A cinnamon-and-vanilla direction inspired by horchata, built around soymilk.
Final flavors, ingredients, sweetness, nutrition, pack sizes and prices will follow product testing. Soymilk contains soy; full allergen information will come with the finished recipe.

Can I buy Cowboy Tofu Soymilk yet?
Not yet. We’re exploring production partners and recipes. This page shows the product and packaging direction; we haven’t announced a first batch or stores.
Will it be refrigerated?
A refrigerated carton is the direction we’re developing for supermarket shelves. Final packaging, storage instructions and shelf life will be confirmed with our production partner.
Will all four flavors launch together?
We haven’t chosen the first flavor yet. Original and Chocolate are early directions to compare. Strawberry and a horchata-inspired soymilk are ideas for later.
Is Horchata a rice milk?
Our idea is a horchata-inspired soymilk with cinnamon and vanilla notes. The exact recipe, including whether it uses rice, has not been set.
Will it be unsweetened or fortified?
Those choices are still part of development. We’ll publish the actual ingredients and nutrition once the recipe is settled, rather than borrow numbers from another soymilk.
