MEET YOUR NEXT DINNER REGULAR
We’re developing firm tofu in thin slices, made with the air fryer in mind. The goal: a satisfying bite, golden edges and a short path from fridge to plate.
Plain, firm tofu. Your favorite seasoning. A little room to make dinner your own.
Pat dry. Season. Air fry.
Plain, pre-pressed product directionA savory, smoky direction for the days when dinner could use one less decision.
Open. Air fry. Dig in.
Seasoned product directionWe’re comparing these two directions before choosing the first batch. Final cuts, ingredients, cooking instructions, pack sizes and prices will follow product testing. Tofu is soy.
THE RECIPE BELONGS ON THE PACK
Good instructions should fit beside the food. We’re working toward pre-pressed, thin-cut tofu with a simple three-step guide printed right on the package.
For the plain version, a quick pat. Our goal is to handle the pressing before it reaches your kitchen.
Add a little oil and your favorite seasoning. Or choose the seasoned direction and let us do that part.
Give each slice a little space. We’ll put the tested temperature, timing and turning instructions right on the pack.
This is the method we’re developing. Final cooking directions will be tested on the finished product before launch.
GOOD COMPANY IN THE FRIDGE
Same cowboy. A couple of new ways to start the day. We’re exploring soymilk and soy yogurt alongside our thin-cut tofu.

THE EVERYDAY POUR
Original to start the conversation. Chocolate, strawberry and horchata on our minds.
Explore soymilk
THE SPOONABLE ONE
Cultured soymilk, a creamy spoonful and a place beside the granola.
Explore soy yogurtThese are products we’re developing, not a launch lineup or available stock.
A LITTLE WESTERN WELCOME
Cowboy Tofu comes from American Soybean Co., the same people behind USA TOFU and Cowboy Soy. We have an unusually enthusiastic relationship with the soybean.
This is our fridge chapter. Tofu for dinner, with soymilk and soy yogurt in the works for breakfast. A familiar flavor and a friendly face belong at any table.

Meet Cowboy Soy
THE FRIDGE CHAPTER
Thin-cut tofu, soymilk and soy yogurt in development. A little Western confidence, from breakfast to dinner.
Meet the fridge familyA FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Not yet. We’re developing the product and comparing plain and seasoned options. We’ll share the final lineup and where to find it when it’s ready.
We’re aiming for very little hands-on prep. We haven’t confirmed a cooking time yet. The finished pack will clearly separate preparation and cooking time, with tested instructions for the actual product.
Our goal is to supply the tofu already pressed and thin-cut. We’re working through that with potential production partners before making a final promise.
Tofu contains soy. Seasonings may add other allergens. Complete ingredients, allergens and nutrition will be published when the recipe is finalized.
They’re sister brands. Cowboy Soy is our dry-roasted edamame snack. Cowboy Tofu is our refrigerated food family: thin-cut tofu, with soymilk and soy yogurt in development. Both come from American Soybean Co.
